- President: Contact and coordinate with beneficiary volunteer organizations, communicate with the Hopebox board, lead and schedule club meetings
- Vice president: Assist president with duties and act as a substitute when needed, manage volunteer sign-ups, send email reminders to club members
- Secretary: Take attendance using spreadsheets, being organized is helpful
- Historian: Take meeting minutes and upload to website
- Webmaster (new position): Take photos of club activities and update social media accounts
