Event: Volunteer, Musician, and Artist Orientation

Summary:
-Today the parents and kids received the information packet. This should contain all the important dates for music rehearsals. Information on the benefit concert and art exhibit was covered.
-Sign-ups for volunteer spots: JW House, Music Rehearsal Volunteer, Concert Snack Volunteer, and parent volunteer. All spots for the Music Rehearsal were filled.
-JW House: A house built on Kaiser’s land for families with children in the hospital for prolonged amounts of time. These families can live in this house without charge until their child gets discharged. Our volunteering there would be playing music for the kids/families before dinner-time. For non-musicians, you can help serve food to the people.
-Music Rehearsal Volunteer: Get to the rehearsal location (Green Church) earlier, and help set up. During the rehearsal, do miscellaneous jobs. After the rehearsal, help clean up.
